"I remember the day when I started weight training in high school and became obsessed.  I was a smaller girl and it made me feel powerful.  It increased my energy level, my stamina, my mood.  It was also something fun to do with friends.  I fell in love so much with being in the gym that I became a personal trainer in my early 20's.  

 

I also have a passion for design & fashion.  I have worked many years as a brand manager and now I'm taking my two loves and combining them to create my own brand by opening the studio.

 

When working at a gym in Ft Myers I had the pleasure of meeting Chad.  I was so inspired by his style of training that we became friends.  He was the first one to introduce me to martial arts kickboxing.  I love the alternative to a gym workout, I immediately felt stress relief and pretty quickly saw my arms get ripped. 

 

I met Laura from Coastal Gymnastics when my daughter was in kindergarten.  I always admired her style of coaching and her passion for gymnastics and her students.

 

I spent many years taking my daughter to gymnastics, voice lessons, piano lessons. The whole time  I was sitting there wishing I could be working out.  That's how the idea came about to do a shared space.  I want to give parents the opportunity to come take a class or do a private lesson while being at the gym with their kids.  I want the kids to be able to come over to the kickboxing side and do a class or learn some self defense skills.  I wanted to create a space where everyone gets to do something good for themselves. 

 

I'm really excited to share my many years of experience in fitness. And looking forward to becoming part of the local business community here in Sarasota!"
