What is Coastal Kickboxing?
Coastal Kickboxing is a boutique style kickboxing studio with a minimalist industrial feel and plenty of open space for an active workout. It's not your traditional kickboxing gym.

Buddy Training
Offering: 30 min/1 hr sessions
Do you ever feel like you would definitely stick to your gym routine if you just had your best friend by your side doing it with you? At Coastal Kickboxing, you can participate in our buddy training sessions with a friend or relative!
Grab your husband, wife, sister, mom, best friend, you name it! And bring them over to our studio for a serious sweat session that will undoubtedly bring you two closer together.

We believe that buddy training is a unique pact; you are obligated to show up, motivate, laugh and give each other the confidence to push through. It can make personal training more fun while offering an affordable option to apersonalized gym experience.
Personal Training
Offering - 30 min/1 hr sessions
Experienced trainers will do a fitness assessment to look at your fitness level, limitations and help you establish your goals.

We will develop a fitness program custom to you, adding a variety to your workout by implementing fun new exercises.

Our training experts will make sure you are using proper form and technique while helping you stay motivated and accountable to your goals.
Self Defense
Offering: Classes for Adults, Teenagers, and Kids
Our Self Defense classes will take you through fundamental skills and techniques to protect yourself. Focusing on teaching you how to defend yourself in potentially dangerous situations, our trainers teach you how to properly strike with your hands, elbows, knees and feet.
